Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Alto Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in its original packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account to view your recent orders and request a Return Authorization (RA) number, or contact our customer support team directly to begin the process.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully repack the item in its original shipping box with all original contents, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- 3.Ship It Back
Send your package back to our returns department using a trackable shipping method; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the instrument or equipment.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
